Meet Elliot: Making Positive Change

This story is about Elliot Yeomans, Training and Recruitment Supervisor at Worcester Bosch.

When Elliot first began at Bosch, he worried that in a traditional engineering environment, he would stand out if he was open about having a long-term male partner. However, he found that his preconceived perceptions of what an engineering environment would look like were wrong and that Bosch was a safe environment for him to be his true, authentic self; a place where everybody wanted to make a positive change regardless of their gender or sexuality.
