Richard Henderson– reigniting a passion.

Throughout Richard’s two-year Masters in ‘Digital Marketing and Data Analytics’, he seized the opportunity for personal and professional development.

The programme proved to be invaluable in further refining his digital marketing skills, which he seamlessly integrated into his daily work and new role as a Retail Online Manager for Bosch Power Tools UK.

Balancing the demands of being a parent of two children and other important commitments, he juggled between workload and personal commitments to complete the extensive reading and research required by the course, dedicating considerable hours to his coursework. This demanding workload necessitated careful planning and the support of his colleagues to allocate time for studying, all while also balancing his family's expectations.

Achieving my qualification whilst working at Bosch was highly rewarding and enhanced my passion for digital marketing, allowing me to integrate my learnings and new knowledge into my work.

Bogdan Voinea – a new perspective.

Bogdan completed the Project Management Qualification (PMQ) course via the Association for Project Management to expand his knowledge and skills, gained during his early Bosch career, to assist in his daily tasks. Starting as an intern during university, he gained his first experience in Project Management, a role he greatly enjoyed.

Rejoining Bosch's Graduate Programme and also having done the Apprenticeship Programme, he spent more time in Project Management and the last four years as a Key Account Manager. The experience allowed him to view activities and the company critically, enhancing his decision-making skills.

Bogdan Voinea – a new perspective.

Despite challenges, he structured his approach, gaining better task overview and becoming more organised. Open discussions with HR and managers provided support and approval, creating a safety net. Bogdan found that open exchanges with the right people at Bosch can accomplish a lot.

I’ve had a passion for Project Management for many years now, and the seeds for this career path were planted through my experience on the Bosch Graduate Programme.

Olivia Woods– increasing efficiency.

Olivia Woods– increasing efficiency.

In light of an upcoming roll out of a new data platform at Bosch, Olivia, Account Manager at Bosch Motorsport recognised the increasing importance of understanding data in her work.

To best prepare for this transition, she decided to broaden her knowledge and skills. Through her Data analyst apprenticeship, Olivia developed a variety of skills, enabling her to use programmes to their full capacity and significantly improving her efficiency. Engaging with colleagues from other departments during the course was particularly enjoyable and beneficial.

The apprenticeship also strengthened her prioritisation and delegation capabilities, enhancing her ability to manage day-to-day tasks. This comprehensive training has equipped Olivia with the tools and knowledge necessary to excel in her role at Bosch.

I have learnt many new skills during my apprenticeship and networking with other teams within Bosch has been really helpful.
