Women@Bosch UK

Women@Bosch is our global associate network which aims to create a more inclusive workplace.

In 2017, the UK arm of the network was launched. By providing associates a platform to voice their thoughts, Women@Bosch has enabled a support network for people across the business, and allowed them to create a safe space where they can share their experiences and ideas.

International Women in Engineering Day 2019

In June 2019, the Women@Bosch team hosted an event at Worcester Bosch to celebrate INWED 2019. The event saw Bosch associates from around the UK coming together to discuss the challenges, milestones and importance of women in engineering.

Different projects surroundings Women@Bosch and STEM@Bosch were discussed with the intention of increasing collaboration and encouraging involvement in these areas. Reflecting on the event, it was an opportunity for associates in all stages of their careers to come together and challenge gender stereotypes for a more diverse future.
