Support Services - Financial Administrator

Deliver World Class service by providing a wide range of financial and administrative functions to our highly successful business.

Key Deliverables:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of relevant products, processes and systems to
    ensure World Class service is achieved.
  • Provide administrative support to ASA department and where applicable
    the business.
  • Achieve and maintain both individual and departmental productivity, quality
    and service standards.
  • Responsible for the recovery of debt on behalf of the service department.
  • Be proactive and ensure departmental targets achieve and reported.
  • Dealing with key accounts to ensure invoices and statements supplied in a
    timely manner as per SLA’s.
  • Working alongside CFA to ensure payments are requested and released
    as per schedule.
  • To provide support to key customers in line with business needs.

Your Profile:

  • Must be IT literate, preferably with experience of SAP.
  • Customer focused, committed and highly self-motivated with ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to changing business needs.
  • Experience in a fast moving environment.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of coping with varying workloads, pressures and deadlines.
