Monitor in-day activity to ensure the right resource is available at the right time to achieve core responsibilities for the coordination and field teams and support the delivery of world class service to our customers.

Key Deliverables:

  • Manage in-day activity to ensure customer commitments are all met
  • Manage and monitor Gantt changes in-day
  • Manage and monitor unavailability in-day
  • Ensure engineer start/end of day routines are performed
  • Execute in-day routing plans as appropriate

Your Profile:

  • A customer orientated, reliable, dedicated, highly self motivated and
    committed person
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to demonstrate experience of coping with varying workloads,
    pressures and deadlines
  • IT literate with experience using, SAP, Excel, Power Point and Word
