Your contribution to something big

  • To act as the OES Sales Account Manager for Service Parts supply to the Major OEM's, Tier Customers and support Niche OEM accounts
  • Managing Product Launch by achieving timely portfolio set-up and for new vehicle and facelift project releases and the ongoing development of service parts for existing vehicles.
  • Pricing Strategy, Execution and Business Planning for various assigned product ranges with Major OEM's
  • Driving Profitability with the Major OES Accounts via customer negotiation with support and collaboration of AA Business Units based in AA's Divisional HQ in Karlsruhe, Germany
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction by providing day-to-day technical, logistical and financial support
  • Ensuring Customer Orientation by building and managing relations with all members of the supply chain both internal and external.
  • Managing and Building Customer Relationships to ensure inclusion within Sourcing Activities, Man-Mapping to ensure Customer Contacts are known within all areas of the Customer's Organisation, and to ensure successful Strategy Alignment and Escalation both Internally and Externally to achieve predefined targets.
  • Monitoring Key Performance Indicators and driving continuous improvement

What distinguishes you

  • Degree or equivalent in Business Studies and/or Sales Marketing required. A degree in or equivalent in mechanical or Electronic Engineering also desirable
  • 2 years experience in similar role. Sales, Business Development and/or Project Management experience. Experience in the automotive industry would be beneficial. Experience in Building and managing professional relationships would be advantageous
  • Should have knowledge of pricing models with profitability responsibility
  • Ability to drive Acquisition Projects with Products focusing upon their Unique Selling Points in an Business to Business environment
  • Flexibility to work on several accounts, various products and support other Account Managers with developing existing business
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, and ability to maintain and develop excellent Professional Customer Relationships
  • Interest in the automotive industry would be beneficial.
  • Passionate about Sales and Business Development
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Full Driving license
