Bosch Rexroth Ltd is offering one student the opportunity to work with us on a 12 month placement scheme. You would be working within the Quality Management Department of our business at St Neots. This will give you the chance to gain experience and build up knowledge whilst taking responsibility for departmental tasks within all areas of quality management.
Your responsibilities may include:
Interact with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize standards related to quality control, inspection and testing.
Ensure process control documents and records adhere to requirements.
Support in the management of customer claims related to quality issues.
Help to solve problems systematically, including identification of the root cause and implementation of corrective actions. Raise supplier notifications for nonconformities and track defined measures.
Maintain and update calibration management system.
Enhance our Wiki-based knowledge base and document management system.
Carry out a specific improvement project in the department.
Good analytical and mathematical skills
Structured working approach, good attention to detail
Working on problems with focus on solutions, showing perseverance
Strength in cooperating with different functional areas
Able to present self well when communicating with customers and suppliers
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
Studying for a relevant degree
