Bosch Rexroth Ltd is offering one new or recent graduate the opportunity to work with us at our St Neots office on a 24 month contract. The purpose of this role is to support our UK buyers with purchasing requirements. You will work within a team in a busy department.

Your responsibilities may include:

Support of purchasing team on strategic topics and daily business requirements / purchasing activities

Understanding some specific processes then producing complete work instructions for these processes

Updating and maintaining the quality of master data in our SAP systemfImplementation and follow up of supplier strategy and material cost targets

Request for Quotation / Quotation comparison / Data analysis / Preparation for decision awarding

Assist with progressing of urgent requirementsfMarket and technology exploration - Procurement

Supplier Management

A specific project which will bring continous improvement to the department

Your profile:

Degree (or equivalent) in a business discipline

Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages

Good attention to detail, decision making and problem solving skills

Analytical and flexible approach to work

Good command of the English language (spoken and written)

Able to use own initiative with the ability to work on own as well as part of a team

Effective organisation and time management skills

Ability to communicate confidently

Positive attitude and resilient
