Bosch Rexroth Ltd is offering one new graduate the opportunity to work with us at our Cirencester office on a 24 month contract. You would be working within the Project Management area of our business at Cirencester, supporting and encompassing engineering projects across our Factory Automation range of technologies.This is a role that will add real value to the Engineering Department and will have visibility across the UK business as well as giving the successful candidate first class training
Your responsibilities may include:
To support and assist senior Project Managers in all the activities of managing a project, specifically to support the cost, time and quality of the given project
Development of project documentation such as gantt chart, timing plans, resource plans, cost analysis to assist in project planning
To take responsibility and project manage smaller ETO (Engineer to Order) customer orders, and provide a single point of contact to the customer, and to take responsibility for the execution of the project / ETO
To support site work activities where project management is required, this may include site visit and assisting on site for longer periods
Participate in Project meetings and reviews to give input and suggestions to others to ensure we offer the most innovative and cost effective solutions to our customers
Support in the specification and implementation of Bosch Rexroth Factory Automation projects to realise customer specific solutions for a wide range of Industrial Applications
Support the complete project management quality gate process from first customer contact through to order fulfilment, having direct contact with the customer, sales teams, purchasing, quality and production departments
Support in the management of customer enquiries, quotations and post order customer communication and feedback
Support in ensuring projects are planned, monitored and fulfilled successfully employing best practice and just in time principles
Support, identification and integration of new and ongoing projects within the company’s Continuous Improvement Program
A new or recent graduate in a relevant degree in Engineering Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Production Engineering or any other General Engineering degree
Basic knowledge and experience of a 3D CAD package; ideally SolidWorks however experience in AutoCAD Inventor, SolidEdge, ProE will be considered
Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering drawings
Good analytical and mathematical skills able to do simple mechanical hand calculations to support engineering activity
Self-organised with a structured working approach to high quality standards
Excellent attention to detail, decision making and problem solving skills
Able to present self well when communicating with customers and suppliers
Excellent organisational and time management skillsfStrong MS Office skills
Good command of the English language (spoken and written)fSAP knowledge is desirable however not mandatory as on the job training will be provided
