This placement position is based in the Project Management department for Chassis Control Systems, but you will also be closely liaising with the Sales team, where there will be a chance for autonomous and creative working along with the support of commercial project topics. The successful applicant will work as a member of a team with diverse responsibilities and support team members in their tasks including administrative duties such as booking and coordination of team events. You will use several Project Management system tools for controlling, tracking and presenting the data in regular meetings internally and with the customer. There will be liaison with the customer and Bosch manufacturing facilities throughout the world, supporting them in creating process documentation and sample co-ordination.

  • Support the team with projects and coordination activities
  • Support control of all purchase orders internally/ customer
  • Processing and monitoring of prototype parts
  • Continuous liason with Bosch internal departments and the customer teams
  • Maintenance and control of Project Management and customer documentation
  • Preparation of internal and external meetings, events and presentations
  • Compliance administration

What distinguishes you

  • Studying a degree in Business / Business Admin and/or Automotive Engineering
  • Previous experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel & Powerpoint
  • Work to defined Bosch processes
  • Independent working style
  • Strong time and task management skills
  • Have clear written and verbal communication skills in English, and German (not compulsory)

Please note that we would like you to start in July 2019 for a 12-month Internship. This position is open to undergraduates who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their degree course. Before applying for this vacancy, you must inform your Faculty/School Placement Officer. If your Faculty/School does not have a Placement Officer, you must inform your Course Tutor.
