The role is to support the company in day to day duties and ongoing projects. The successful candidate will form part of a small but significant team supporting IT within the business. The position is about user support and administration of systems access and although there are interfaces with the IT department, it is not the prime function of the role. Based at our Cirencester office, there will be travel to both the St Neots and Wakefield offices.
Your responsibilities may include:
Administering systems access using various Bosch tools
Processing staff changes within the IT landscape
First level support for users
Mobile phone user set up and reporting
Supporting new starter inductions
Working as part of a project team for IT enhancements
Supporting training of associates on IT topics
Purchasing of IT hardware
Working towards a degree in the IT field
Keen to understand IT in the business
Good attention to detail, decision making and problem solving skills
Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels of the business
Able to use own initiative with the ability to work on their own
Works well within a team environment and has an open and friendly nature
Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
Flexibility to travel to other sites to support
