Bosch Engineering is a leading provider of powertrain calibration for a variety of niche automotive customers. We offer support in test cell/ in-vehicle calibration, emissions and diagnostics. Being based at the MIRA testing facility in Warwickshire, our engineering interns support across all departments and play a valuable part in day to day work.

Your contribution to something big

  • General vehicle administration (daily status update of vehicles)
  • Support of measurements (emission tests, vehicle tests & application tests)
  • Basic mechanical tasks & vehicle maintenance
  • Installing new development software into engine control units
  • Preparing vehicles for testing
  • Calibration data handling, processing & assessment

What distinguishes you

  • Degree level Engineering student or similar
  • Excellent communication & intercultural skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Driving licence
  • Fluent in English
  • Keen interest in the automotive industry
  • Confident in taking an active and creative approach
  • Self starter and self motivated, with the ability to work in a team
  • Be organised & have the ability to multitask
  • Previous working experience
  • Visual Basic
  • MatLab / coding experience
  • Keen interest in the automotive industry
  • Fundamental understanding of internal combustion engines & vehicle functions
