As part of a multi-national company, the Bosch Rexroth UK supply a wide variety of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical Drive and Control Solutions in to the market place. As one of the leading suppliers to OEMs and Endusers your role will be to develop sales of new and existing customers with the rexroth range of products. Providing technical sales assistance to customers and working within a large sales support and business development structure the role is both challenging and rewarding. Reporting directly to the head of regional sales and eventually managing an individual sales target within a postcode region the successful candidiate will be provided with full technical and sales training. Once the inhouse training and development is completed the role comes with a company car and incentive bonus scheme OTE.
Your responsibilities may include:
Responsible for selling components and systems from the Mechanical and Factory automation range of drive and controls from Bosch Rexroth.
Retention of existing business and identification of growth opportunities to expand customer base.
Maximising the business potential in any given situation and maximise profit through price management.
Supporting new technology to motivate new and existing machine builders to adopt new product philosophies and architecture ensuring that customers remain with leading edge technology.
Multitasking multiple customer demands and clearly communicating information B2B, between business and customer ensuring that clear understanding of message is communicated and followed through.
Conversant with customer relationship management, you will enjoy the support of our mobile CRM system, giving all relevant customer data at your fingertips. You will be expected to maintain customer data and record all visit information and activities within the mandatory CRM system.
Detailed recording of specifications and transfer of information within technical departments to support quote preparation.
Liaising with customers ensuring payment terms are effectively managed, pre-empting non-payment and delivery issues.
Degree qualified in an engineering discipline
Enthusiastic about working within a sales team
Dynamic and confident with a flair for sales
Articulate, confident with a drive to succeed
Ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the business
Able to use own initiative, working both independently and as part of a team
Willing to learn quickly and able to bring innovation to the team with an open and friendly nature
Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
Computer literate with a strong MS Office skills such as word, powerpoint and excel
