The Level One Health and Safety is a nationally-recognised qualification which provides employees with a basic knowledge of health and safety in the workplace.
The certificate is awarded once participants have taken a two-day training course followed by an exam. All employees passed the exam scoring marks significantly over the pass rate, some even receiving 100%

Bosch is constantly reviewing their health and safety practices to improve them. They design products to improve customer safety and design processes to ensure that employee's health and safety is a priority.
Bosch was also presented with a prestigious award from the BSC, the International Safety Award for having good safety policies, plans and commitment to health and safety at the highest board level.
