The Graduate Specialist Programme at a glance:

• Individual start date beginning in September 2010 - Positions will be available in Denham, Worcester, St. Neots and Stowmarket

• Total duration: 24 months

• Salary 1st year: £22,500/year, Salary 2nd year: £24,000/year

• Tailored programme components complementing your personal abilities and interests

• Varied assignments in the following functions: Technical Functions, Industrial Engineering, Research and Development, Production Planning and Execution, Quality Assurance

• Rotating to different Bosch sites in Great Britain

• Integrative work concept: project assignments combined with day-to-day business

• Advice and supervision from an experienced executive as your personal mentor throughout the programme and by a supervisor in the specialist department on each assignment

• Goal agreements at the start of assignments and feedback on their conclusion

• Accompanying training to broaden your specialist knowledge

• Specialist training measures during the programme

• Excellent networking opportunities with other Graduate Specialist Programme participants as well as specialists and executives
