The Graduate Specialist Programme at a glance:

• Start date is September 2012 - Positions will be available in Denham, Worcester, St. Neots and Stowmarket

• Total duration: 24 months

• Salary 1st year: £24,000/year, Salary 2nd year: £25,500/year

• Tailored programme components complementing your personal abilities and interests

• Rotating to different Bosch sites in Great Britain

• Possible Assignment abroad

• Integrative work concept: project assignments combined with day-to-day business

• Advice and supervision from an experienced executive as your personal mentor throughout the programme and by a supervisor in the specialist department on each assignment
