A vacancy currently exists for a Quality Engineer within the Quality Department

Your Responsibilities: As a member of the Quality Team you will take a pro-active approach to ensure that the business unit quality systems are maintained and improved following the necessary internal procedures, and to ensure that production delivery quality is maintained to agreed targets.Additionally, working within a multi-discipline team with related functions you will ensure that product development projects meet Bosch and customer, current and future requirements. You will ensure project teams have clear quality objectives that are regularly reported, and will audit these processes to ensure they are maintained and improved where possible.

Your Profile: To be considered for this position you will need to:

• Be educated to degree level or equivalent in an engineering discipline#Have a strong customer focused and continuous improvement approach
• You will be ISO 9000 and process audit trained, with a working knowledge of SPC techniques and measurement methods.
• Have a proven track record in projects and experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
• You will be adaptable, have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and be a confident decision maker with an analytical mind.
• You will be prepared to travel for extended periods in the UK and overseas.
