Your responsibilities: Logistics handling within the Original Equipment Service Industry.  Customer Service/sales support role to a range of customers within the division of AA-SAK. Important co-ordination and communication responsibilities between the worldwide. Bosch Automotive Technology Organisation and our customers.  The role works with Bosch Production Plants to ensure customer orientation and delivery performance via proactive analysis of production planning and stock holding by using business software analysis tools.

Your profile:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German. Excellent Microsoft office skills.  Business pre diploma studentship.  Eager to learn new tasks.  Customer service enthusiast.  Patient and understanding towards external and internal customer requirements.  Ability to multi task.  Outgoing personality.  Knowledge of Bosch SAP systems and Bosch Automotive is desirable.
