To achieve the ambitious objectives of our growing unit in Liverpool (UK), we are looking for a number of highly qualified individuals, to fill permanent positions starting ASAP.

Your responsibilities: Winning medium to large-scale Contact Centre.  Business Process Outsourcing & IT solutions from major national and international blue chip clients.  Hands on experience on understanding Business & IT needs and creating solutions.  Representing our organization within relevant industry networks to open up new business opportunities.  Developing tailored solutions to meet clients’ business objectives.  Communicating our value proposition to all levels of the client's organisation.  Recognizing and realizing growth opportunities within our existing client base.  Owning and driving the process from proposal creation to service delivery.  Acting as a main point of contact for clients regarding commercial topics  .Focusing on economic viability to ensure long-term stable growth. Having an experience in working with cross cultural teams across Europe, Asia & America’s.

Your profile: Qualified (MBA is preferred). You will have at least 5 year of sales experience, and some experience in the IT industry or another related industry. Highly skilled sales executive with a pro-active personality.  Able to provide a proven track record of successful solution sales and ideally have off-shore outsourcing experience.  Have established networks within the Business Process Outsourcing or ITO industry.  You must have excellent communication and refined presentation skills. You must be goal-driven and self-motivated with a desire to provide total customer solutions. You will be confident and personable with an appreciation of working in a team environment.  You will have the desire to succeed and a passion for sales.  You will have knowledge of the Indian IT and ITES industry, practices and processes.
