Your responsibilities: Develop and maintain a distribution strategy for Hawera in conjunction with the Bosch brand. Translate the Hawera brand strategy into key accounts and ensure consistent implementation of the corporate brand image across dealer publications. Produce and establish specific UK customer pricing and discount structures in line with Bosch UK. Ensure the successful launch of new products and promotions and where necessary tailor them to selected key customers. Liaise with customers and Brand Management to maximise profitable business opportunities by developing tailored business plans with key customers. Forecast sales and provide information for the brand manager and business unit product manager in order to maximise effective stock and service levels. Continually research, analyse and exploit distribution channel opportunities and to provide market and competitor feedback. Take part in monthly Accessory Development Meetings. Offer and platform training as and when required. Liaise directly with the European Hawera call centre. Maximise and control allocated budget spends. Special projects as defined by Brand Manager.
Your profile: Experienced management competence in the area of market, product and process. You are motivated, flexible and target orientated. You will show the ability to work independently and on your own initiative but also as a team player. You will have excellent communication skills. You will be PC literate and process a full Driving licence. You will show good presentation and negotiation skills. You can demonstrate good time management and prioritisation skills.
