Technical Sales Manager - Scotland
The overall purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient running of the Scotland area in obtaining profitable sales and market share of our product range.

Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities will be
· To achieve agreed objectives and sales targets
· To achieve increase in market share
· To develop awareness of the Worcester Bosch Group brand to the consumer and represent our Company in a professional and quality manner
· To build up relationships with Merchant Customers, Specifiers and Installers
· To work with the external field sales organisation to maximise the agreed business plan
· To ensure that Sales Management systems are fully utilised
The Person:
You must be a motivated individual, comfortable with working on your own initiative. A track record of success in the heating industry is advantageous, but more importantly are well developed selling skills through effective communication, negotiation and presentation. Computer literacy is also required.
