Bosch Lawn and Garden Limited is an innovative and dynamic growing business in Europe and overseas, making it the innovation leader of garden products for the brands Bosch, Atco and Qualcast.

Your responsibilities:  Within this role you will be expected to maximise the growth potential for Lawn and Garden in the countries you are responsible for, managing turnover, contribution and profit.  Develop strategic growth and marketing plans with clear targets for all channels of distribution.  You will work closely with the country sales and marketing teams to finalise price lists, listings and special customer offers.  You will also forecast monthly sales and profit for the countries you are responsible for.  Analyse your customers by product segment, turnover and profit and devise action plans as appropriate.

Your profile: You will be educated to a degree level/or equivalent in an appropriate discipline or with comparable experience.  Be fluent in English. You will also have gained your experience within a Sales role. Having a background of an international corporation would be an advantage  You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a flexible and outgoing nature, be confident and have a strong desire to succeed.  Have a structured and analytical approach to your work.  You will be expected to travel as part of this role.
