We annually recruit graduates for participation in our commercial and engineering trainee programmes.
These two-year vocational schemes involve placements across different parts of the Bosch business, as well as a placement with a Bosch company abroad.

At the same time, participants also study for a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies at the European College of Business and Management.
